About Me

I’m Dr. Jess Eade, a clinical psychologist with over 25 years’ experience supporting adults across the NHS, education, and private practice. I’ve worked with people facing burnout, trauma, neurodivergence, emotional overwhelm — and those who simply feel like they’ve been surviving on autopilot for too long.

I bring depth and compassion to my work, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches, and over two decades of training in a broad range of therapeutic models. This means we can work flexibly, at your pace, in a way that feels supportive and attuned to your needs.

Alongside my professional training, I also bring lived experience. I understand the reality of navigating the world with undiagnosed ADHD and the complex patterns that can develop from early relational wounding. These experiences give me a quiet, first-hand understanding of what it means to shape-shift, mask, or push through — and how powerful it can be to finally feel met as you are.

A few years ago, I stepped away from psychology after burnout — and spent time making gin on a Welsh hillside. It was both a pause and a rewilding. That season taught me about creativity, presence, and the courage to do things differently — lessons I carry back into my work every day.
