How I Can Help
-
Therapy for Adults
Reclaim connection, calm, and clarity…
You may be high-functioning, but inwardly overwhelmed. Or perhaps you feel emotionally numb, hyper-activated, or stuck in repeating patterns. My therapy approach is spacious, collaborative, and designed to meet you as you are — not as you “should” be.
Together, we’ll work at the pace of your nervous system, using Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic tools, and a relational lens. Whether you're healing from trauma, burnout, or chronic self-criticism, therapy can become a place of self-reclamation.
I am also a certified provider of the The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), an evidence-based listening therapy designed to support emotional regulation, social engagement, and overall well-being.

ADHD Assessment & Support
Clarity without clinical overwhelm…
I offer full adult ADHD diagnostic assessments using gold-standard tools, delivered with clarity, warmth, and a strengths-based lens. Whether you’re exploring a possible diagnosis or already know ADHD is part of your picture, we can make sense of your lived experience together.
Follow-up support is also available — from short-term strategy sessions to longer-term therapy that integrates your neurodivergence with your identity, relationships, and emotional world. I work with couples also.

Therapeutic Intensives
For when weekly therapy isn’t enough…
Some things need more space. Intensives offer deeper, focused time to explore what’s surfacing — whether that’s trauma, identity, major life transitions, or simply the sense of being stuck.
These extended sessions (half-day, full-day, or multi-day) are ideal for:
High-functioning adults in quiet crisis
Professionals managing hidden burnout
Deep IFS or trauma integration work
Those wanting depth without ongoing weekly sessions

Support for Professionals
Holding space for those who hold others…
You may be the one others come to. But that doesn’t mean you're immune to burnout, self-doubt, or the impact of masking, over-functioning, or emotional overload. I offer support for professionals who are:
Exploring their own neurodivergence or late diagnosis
Recovering from burnout in client-facing roles
Wanting more personal integration of therapeutic models like IFS
Seeking a safe space for emotional reflection, not just supervision
This is not formal supervision — it’s personal therapeutic work, held by someone who understands the terrain.
